Order Withdrawal / Order Cancellation
In the event that a client wishes to cancel an order for various reasons, the client will be required to write an email to the support team requesting cancelation of the order. Once the support team receive the email requesting cancellation, the email will be forwarded to the writing department. The writing department is going to review the cancellation request and issue a response.
When cancellation request has been made and writer has already started working on the paper but has not finished working on it, only 65% of the payments made will refunded as the rest will go to the compensation of the writer’s efforts. However, in case the writer had already completed the work, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be offered. Where cancellation request are made shortly after an order has been placed and no writer has been assigned yet or the writer assigned has not yet started working on the order, all the payments made will be refunded in full.
We offer FREE unlimited revisions until to the point where the client is fully satisfied with our services. However, revision request needs to be made within 2 weeks (14 Days) after receiving the completed work from us. Moreover, the revision instructions must comply to the initial instructions you gave when placing the order.
